Zhongshan Vburg Infant Products Co., Ltd. is located in Cuiheng New Area, Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. After more than ten years of dedicated baby products manufacturing, Vburg has become a High-tech enterprise specialized in developing, producing, and selling baby products. Our target is to be the most reliable manufacturer for worldwide branded baby products.

We have more than 350 employees including 50 more top-talents that make up our core backbone and technical R&D staff. Our general manager Mr. Lv Kelin has built a manufacturing team with more than 20 years professional experience with a production manager, R&D manager, quality manager and tooling manager. After more than ten years existence, we have developed the OEM service for our clients and also provide high end ODM service to our partners. Our company has been awarded: ”High-tech Enterprise”, “Work Safety Standardization”, “Zhongshan Engineering Research Center”, “Member of China Toy & Juvenile Products Association”. Vburg has been approved by ISO9001, ICTI, GSV, GMP and other certifications. We have been doing OEM and ODM of baby products for many world brands including: Philips, Playtex, OXO, NUK, Tomy, Nuby, BEABA, Kidsii, Goodbaby, etc…

We are a one-stop production source. From the mold design, forming, printing, accessories, and packing, to final delivery. The entire process is under our control in order to eliminate the risks of external processing by other vendors.

We have Aoki and ASB machines imported from Japan in our bottle-blowing workshop, which can produce all kinds of plastic bottles using materials such as PP, PPSU, TRITAN, PA, PES, etc. We also have more than forty liquid silicone injection machines - horizontal and vertical. It’s the biggest liquid silicone injection workshop in China.

All the workshops in our factory are dust-free, with a fresh air treatment system. The air is purified by six-layer filters and cooled down before being pumped into the workshops to make sure our workshops are clean and comfortable. All the employees must enter the workshops through an air-shower room to guarantee the cleanness as well.

Quality control is the key factor to survive. We have built up a testing center with more than thirty staff professionals. In the testing center, we have physical testing room, precise instruments testing room, calibration room and environmental testing room. Our staff are very familiar with the national, European and American quality requirement for baby products. They can perform testing well according to customers’ demands.
